Items may be returned for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY within 15 days of purchase providing you have the original sales receipt and the price is still on the item. Items MUST be returned to the location purchased. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of return. All items purchased using store credit are FINAL SALE, no further credit or exchange will be issued. Store credits may be used at any Habitat for Humanity Toronto ReStore. Credits are not valid at ReStores outside Toronto.

Untested items marked 'AS IS' do not qualify for returns.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit, certified cheque or money order.
The ReStores do not 'hold' items.
At the discretion of the manager, you may call and purchase an item over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard provided the item has not been sold. In order to do this, you MUST leave your full name and telephone number with a staff member and clearly indicate a specific item before you leave the ReStore.
Under no circumstances will you be able to purchase or hold an item that you view on the blog.
At the sole discretion of the manager, items may be paid for and picked up later.
All SOLD items left at the ReStore are NOT the responsibility of the ReStore. All items must be collected within one week of purchase. Sold items left longer than one week may be disposed of in any manner by the ReStore.
